Is your System too complicated?

All systems are complex internally, because vibration analysis is a complex thing, but not necessarily externally, and the user interface is the part the client works with. Tensor Systems determines where and what to measure and sets up the database with all sensors, gear tooth numbers, bearing numbers, and determines speed and load limits for each “Exact State” to trend. Later during commissioning we also set the alarm limits using “base line” values.

This means the client gets a first class database and limits set correctly from day 1 and can begin learning if they choose from then on. This prevents a “novice” database and data being generated, and lingering on as a “legacy” for ever.
